But the game cube had more fun video games to play for it. I dont think a game like halo 2, or oblivion can compete with adventures like mario sunshine, or the wind waker, and what about super smash bros melee, theres a game with multiplayer that never gets old, halo 2 has terrible multiplayer.

You do have a point but the Cube had years on it and just give 360m even more time and there will be loads and loads of games that cream all the Gamecube ones!!!

Oblivion owns SM:S and WW...10 fold...
GC did have some awesome games, SSB, MP, ect...but twas not enough.

I am starting this thread to show you why the gamecube was not only better than the xbox, but also than the 360.
Games: All games on the 360 simply go for violence and graphics. On the gamecube the games are fun to play multiple times and with friends. Whats the deal with halo 2, it isn’t that fun it is just point and shoot. It’s the same with gears of war. A game like super smash bros melee is fun to play in different types of play.
Controller: all the buttons on a xbox 360 controller are the same. Circular. On a gamecube you can tell by the shape of the button which one to press which saves you the trouble of looking. A gamecube controller also feels better in your hands. The xbox 360 controller is big and fat. Why would I wont to use something that takes up my whole hand.
Performance: the Xbox 360 crashes very frequently, and is hard to maintain. A game cube never crashes, and never breaks down.
Does it really take that much to believe your better off with a gc than a 360. Just read My reasons.

Um, thats bull also, i have seen gamecubes and Wii’s crash, my 360 has never crashed... hmmmm........

My Wii has frozen up a few times, however my Gamecube had never frozen on me before, the 360 we had froze up quite frequently though. We never updated it though.
It also isn’t fair to compare the consoles since the 360 is relatively in its infancy compared to the 'Cube. I also think Halo 2 has better multiplayer than SSBM (my opinion, and yes I have played both games). But that has nothing to do with the 360 besides the new maps.
