Gravitational force = (G * m1 * m2) / (d2)

When you deal with massive bodies like the Earth, however, which has a mass of 6E+24 kilograms (see this Question of the Day), it adds up to a rather powerful force... It is also interesting to think about the fact that every atom attracts every other atom in the universe in some small way..

i was saying that The laws of physics are the same for all observers in uniform motion relative to one another,and the speed of light in a vacuum is the same for all observers, regardless of their relative motion or of the motion of the source of the light.

theory of relativity does not really affect us... we do not move at speeds near light .. as we watch these speeds we see them much smaller then they actually are .. btw Einstein did not introduce the concept of relativity... his major contribution was the recognition that the speed of light in a vacuum is constant and an absolute physical boundary for motion.. non the less he was a brilliant man...
