Darkness 2007 Guest | yes if there both fighting in the same era, but both at there prime id say Gohan, SSJ4 lacked alot of skill and dident apear to be as powerful as it boasted.

Another reason why I hate GT, if Gohan’s “hidden potential” was unlocked, doesn’t that mean from that point onward he should be at the max of saiyan potential? Because his hidden potential is the potential that all saiyan’s have. So why should Goku at any time get stronger than him?

Agreed An SSJ3 Super Buu and Piccolo all combined would overcome him so he was and still should be the strongest i mean its inpossible for him to get any weaker.

Actually the end of Z also kinda made no sense. If Gohan following my logic had a litterally infinate amount of strength, speed, ki, ect., at no point should Buu have even fazed him as whenever Buu reached a new level, Gohan would have already been there, in fact Gohan would have already surpased that level Buu attained.

Darkness 2007 Guest | nahhh it was Gohans Potential so he could reach that level but would still require training as all Saiyans its just Gohan would reach unthinkable levels of power if he trained.
plus Goku was given the main role back due to popular dmand so obviouly he had to win, and they stopped Gohans training period and even forgot about Mystic in GT...Basterds.

And what we are saying is that what elder ki unlocked was the ultimate potential in the being, since he was a saiyan his potential is infinately high, meaning he was unlocked to a state of infinate strength.

Only because GT throws out the potential release. Think about it. If there are levels beyond SSJ4 then Gohan’s “Potential” as a super saiyan capable saiyan is to reach those levels. That means he is at the highest possible level of saiyan.

His potential unleashed version was in Z, which in effect made him the ultimate curbstomp in the Z universe. I hate everything in the show post Namek. They went from interesting fights that took tactics and a little bit of creativity to “who can make there hair the coolest” fights were they only use beam attacks and no tactics.
