Then there is the fact that Link might not be fighting in Hyrule, they might be fighting in some arena so no one gets any home field advantage. Also Fayore’s Wind can only be used inside a dungeon to sart off with.

It’s can’t be used through time, no but he can place it and let it sit for however many years it is before the fight. Even if they are fighting in an arena so that neither get an advantage you can’t stop Link from using all of his items because you’re restricting his abilities. And only being able to use them in a dungeon, I believe is a game mechanic. In all reality it would probably be able to work outside of dungeons.

Well I can agree with you for the first two parts, but I’m usally hesitant to call something a game mechanic when it says right in the item description it’s limits. I do that with many game mechanics, some I let slide. Even if the item is limited so the game doesn’t get to easy it shouldb’t be changed. However I am still on the fence with this, so I’ll post a little later, and hopefully be able to avoid the game mechanic thing.
EDIT: heh heh, and I think I can

When Link Uses Fayore’s Wind he only creates one warp point. When he uses it again he (himself) warps to the destination he set. He can’t make anyone else teleport.
