now you also have to take into acount kortana she tells him if somthing bad is coming and how to overide things he was shot with a big ass missle and he pushed it away with his hand with her help also in halo 3 there are the new shield frags that can also take a hell of a beating lol
Make sure you read this:
Master Chief dies when he is hit by a warthog.
Samus takes 20 damage when rammed by Metroid Prime.
Let’s say they do the same amount of damage(although Prime clearly would do more than a warthog, MC needs all the help he can get in this fight.)
That means that MC’s total health and shields combined is equivalent to about 20 of samus' energy points.
Samus has 100 energy points...per tank...every tank can take 5 times more than MC can. She can carry up to 20 plus 4 reserve tanks. That means Samus can take 120 times as much damage than Chief can take.
This also mean two more things: only two of MC’s weapons can do any real damage to Samus AND most of Samus' weapons can kill Chief in 1 hit.
As for the hammer, no way in hell is a hammer going to do anything to Samus. And it looks more like a mace or a morning star or something...
Samus' suit can also detect threats.
He can’t detect Samus' missiles. They are pure energy and would blow his hand off if he tried to deflect it, with or without Cortana’s help.
And I doubt the grenade-shield would last very long against Samus...I don’t know how strong it is, but I am positive it wouldn’t stand up to a Super Missile.
ok im just wondering if u was the halo 3 trailer not to make u change ur mind but just to so u no how strong it is but i dont no if its that good of a example because we havent played halo 3 yet also i saw this awsome vid with sam and mc fighting and its now bad but graphics arnt the best lol but i think sam has the uper hand in it lol

speaking of detecting enemies from what I understand about mc is that he can only detect enemies that move while samus can detect pretty much anything moving or standing still which takes away any chance of mc sneaking up on samus and also it hardly a fair fight even if you weaken samus

The hammer in the game is godly especially when there were 10 covenant around Tartarus and he swung the hammer killed all of them and 2 of Tartarus' own men that were 7 feet away. I agree he will have to get close but if chief plays his defenses right he could get about a swing or 2 in which will do a fair amount of damage.

If MC were to swing the Hammer at Samus, I’m not reallu sure it would do much. Taratus might be stronger than MC, so MC hitting Samus might not do as much damage as the brute himself. Also when the Omega Pirate swings his energy claws at her, it doesn’t take off even a tank of her suits power, and the Omega Pirate towers over her and Taratus by a lot. So I don’t think she would too much of a hassle with the hammer. She could esaily avoid it if he was close anyway.
Also since it’s not one of MC’s own weapons it seems unfiar to let him use it against Samus just to give him a better chance at facing her.

Well I’m think if MC is far away, she can use her Annihilator beam, wich travels very fast and homes in on it’s target very effectivley. If he is closer but still a a bit away, she can use the Wave Buster. The Wave Buster is a constant stream of energry which locks onto a target and causes large amonuts of damage and causes malfuntion in electronics. If he is close, she can use the Powerbomb, which would be an instant death. They all cause emtreme damage.

She can travel through water without any resistance.
She can jump in mid air.
She can carry up to 250 missiles.
She has easily survived compact nuclear explosions.
She can drop compact nuclear bombs.

She can travel at Mach speed through Lava without getting hurt. Lava is about 100,000 times the viscosity of water. MC takes damage to his shield when he gets close to fire :/
