Halo was in fact supposed to be for the Nintendo 64, however, they quickly switched production over to mac and comp, then the Xbox.

But that is what the game would have been without the Xbox.

Personally, I loved the older version of Halo. The gun along the back looked sweet, and I also loved the 3rd person view. Everything seems so much cooler in those older videos...
