the pic you chose for your avitar needs tobe a sertain file type. and can only be 100x100. at max. so in other words a thumb nail. jpg gif and one other are the file types you cn use
do you have the irfan view program? if so then just resize a pic and save it as a jpg. if not then search for it in yahoo. i believe its free. i got it from myspace
But think again vegeta has sutin picolo dosnt have...attitude! as piccolo states when vegeta fights the first android as a super sayian (the fat one)piccolo says tht vegetas intimidation and way of persuading his enemys tht hes stronger than them gives him the advantage and actually makes his opponents less confident so they will not fight in combat as well. picolo dosnt have tht advantage

actually he douse he was the one who figured out Vegeta was bluffing lol, Piccolo isnt affaid of Vegeta in the least and knows him to well to be unsure like his enemys, remember they are both strategic masters.

if we go by what FUK_DC said i believe piccolo will own vegeta. the potara earings will increase your strength to an insane amount. goku was going to fuse with hurcule to defeat buu. so if piccolo used the earings many times he would surpass vegetto even i believe.
