well theres supposed to be red lights on them, but i never see them flash. and i live in a 2 storie house, and all there is, is my room, my moms room and her bathroom and my bathroom, then downstairs is the kitchen and living rooms. but she never lets me do shit and the only time i can talk on the phone is when she’s sleeping. and i cant go downstairs for shit!

Most 'modern' motion sensors are programmed so that a certain weight or higher sets them off, to keep the house pets from tripping the alarm. If you move really, really, slowly you can get past them, but at that rate it’d take you over an hour to move across a room maybe 15 feet long. The best bet would be to attempt to avoid any rooms that might have them, not that I’m encouraging you to sneak out.

Funny I asked that same question on her first thread lol. It could be that her mom is being overly strict...or it could simply be that she doesn’t want the house alarm going off all the time. Which would be reasonable.
