Damn, my muscles have increased big time since I posted on the first page. That was before I started taking creatine. Now my waist is getting smaller and my arms upper body are bulging. I even ripped my favorite shirt on the upper back section last week. The shit works man.

It’s not just the creatine. I’m also taking this other stuff called Anabolic Amino which comes in a powder and you mix it with water. What it does is it supplies the proper amino acid combination to increase exercise induced protein synthesis. I hope you know what protein synthesis is by now, you should anyways if you’re into building muscle. I take a scoop 1 hour before each meal, right before workout, immediately after workout (along with whey protein shake), and right before bed. Out of all my supplements, I take Anabolic Amino the most.

Im just using the bulking protein powder and multi vitamin for now and a healthy diet. Cant offerd all the suplements and powder.

Yeah, the multivitamins are probably the best thing you can take.

BTW I’ve been doing that V-taper walkthrough you posted and it’s really paying off. I’m getting great results.
