I’ll give you he is sadistic and wants to torment but
“The ultimate power” is vague. It doesn’t nessicarily mean Omnipotence. Now if it said something like omni potence or something....

On foot not log and in like seconds. Marada got from the rain village to the land of fire without getting tired plus he has been living for over hundred years so he has copied alot of speed. | |
