UBER 1337 Poster Rep: 14  Joined: 29 May 2006 Posts: 4,166 OFFLINE | Actully SSBB has 4 control modes, just the remote, the nunchuk and remote, the classic controller, and the GC controller. The creator on the website even said that he would stick with the GC controller but trying the other styles is just for a new experience.

Actually, that was a new announcement today and before today it was only the GC and Classic controllers.

And where is your proof that it can handle it?
It couldn’t handle a fighting game so why would this be any different?
Just because a game is utilizing it does not mean the controller can handle it.
Anyways, it is probably better with the GC or Classic controller since they are faster.

Actually, they said that it would probably use the Gamecube controller as to not alienate the older fans. Whether or not it was going to use the Wii Remote was up in the air, they commented on how awkward it would be, but never gave a yes or no. officially we’ve been in the dark before today, although everybody did assume that it wouldn’t use the Wiimote. But remember, never assume, it makes an ass out of u and me.
