Mario Kingdom
Zelda
Fire Emblem
Advance Wars
Pikmin
Metroid
Donkey Kong (sort of shares with the Mario Kingdom)
Kirby Univerese
F-Zero Universe
Pokemon
Star Fox
Kid Icuars
Animal Crossing.

That’s all the major ones, but I think I might be missing a few.

Probably the Zelda Universe, I doubt any other verses could defeat Ganon... seeing as how he can only be truly hurt by the Mastersword.

They wouldn’t have to kill him, they can easily just trap him in a dimension, or make him unable to fight somehow. Also he has been hurt before by the Four Sword, and also the BigGorons Sword. The Master Sword just seals him away again, and other characters can do this as well I think.

Also there are other villians that can’t be hurt by normal means. Metroid Prime, Shadow Queen, possily Nergal.

Oh yeah, Nergal, Or Athos or Shadow queen or Culex can stand up to him I think.

well most of the nintendo games have characters only defeatable by the main character like fire emblem and metroid

Metroid Prime can only be hurt by super-concentrated phazon...

I don’t know anyone in the Zelda Universe that would be able to hurt Metroid Prime. There are some Holy magic in Fire Emblem that could greatly harm Ganondorf since that is his weakness.

But when Metroid Prime became Dark Samus it was able to be hurt by more conventional weaponary but it could only still be destroyed with concentrated phazon blasts.

Oh yeah forgot to mention Eathbound there are also part of Nintendo.

Also Cid, I’m sure Ganon can only banish his own creations to the DarkWorld. Besides, Archsage Athos would one shot him with his Holy magic from the Gods.

Probably Mario or Metroid would win, but Pokemon could win with sheer numbers.

Fire Emblem. One character in Fire Emblem is a formidable foe, with the right weapons they’re a one man/woman army. There is curently 10 different Fire Emblem games and 30 plus playable character per game. Yeah do the Math, Uber Weapons + more than 300 powerful fighters= Ownage.

Fire emblem is strong, and would probably rip apart most/possibly all of the Zelda Universe with their crazy fighters and magic users, but they won’t be able to stand up to Star Fox, Advance Wars, or Metroid. They don’t have the technology or power to keep up with lasers, reinforced armour and tanks. Pokemon would also could put up a fight, since many of them have super human strengths and power. Fire emblem however is one of my favourite Nintendo franchises.

Star Fox has a pretty good chance, their ships have destroyed planets so taking Link out shouldn’t be too hard lol.
