Note as the nine tailed fox not Naruto.
he’s still naruto just using the nine tailed fox’s power

and again the nine tail fox makes mountains cruble with just 1 swipe with just 1 tail
Exactly the fox.Not Naruto borrowing its power. If that was the case he would have just swung his tail an destroyed the entire area he was fighting in instead of using that chakra orb.

kn is still powerful it took a big ass fireball from saskue without getting a scratch and that was when he was much weaker and was only using 1 tail

Yes and Luffy took an explosion that rocked the seas in regular form and only got pissed.

and luffy can’t swim naruto and him are fighting in the valley of the end[j/k] which is almost completly water naruto can be on water
No Sasuke just whupped that ass. Anyway Luffy wins because he’s stronger, faster(Gear 2),more durable(with and without Gear 3),has more attacks and he doesn’t depend on chakra to use them. He’s also a better fighter tactitian to begin with.

1.no it was because he didn’t have it in his heart 2.kn has claws luffy’s made of rubber I think that explains everything

No Sasuke just whupped his ass once when they both fought in level 2 form and again after the timeskip.2.Have you read One Piece?Captain Kuros claws could slice through rock without problems look how Luffy owned him and of course Zoro uses swords but is weaker than Luffy. Also Rob Lucchi claws are way stronger and sharper than Kn.Guess who came out victor of that fight.
Monkey D. Luffy: Luffy (*) has eaten the Gomu Gomu no Mi fruit, which has turned his body into rubber at the cost of never being able to swim again. Over the course of his adventures in the East Blue, Luffy has defeated various main enemies (Kuro, Don Krieg, Buggy the Clown, Queen Alvida, Captain Smoker/Chaser, Arlong…) and countless of pirate grunts.
Kuro of the Thousand Plans used cat claws, which are ten swords attached to two gloves with the durability to slice through rock. Kuro moved at or above the speed of any Naruto ninja character, moving faster then the eye could see. Luffy managed to grab him at that speed. Luffy defeated him by latching onto him faster then he could move and stopped his movement.
Don Krieg was the Don of fifty galleons, each with 100-150 pirates. Krieg wore “indestructible” Wootz Steel armor, which hid multiple guns and could withstand an exploding cannonball. His shoulder plates could be removed for a number of reasons: 1) It could be used like a machine gun to fire foot-long stakes, each an inch in diameter. One went halfway into *’s shoulder and he didn’t even flinch when he pulled out after knocking Krieg into the ground for the first time. He even smiled while doing so. 2) To fire a “poisonous gas bomb” which was really a shuriken bomb. It exploded when * kicked it and he came away with little damage. 3) To fire a real poisonous gas bomb which could kill in under an hour. 4) To transform into the mighty 1-Ton Exploding Battle Spear. * got hit by this 3 times in which he landed 5 punches, making the tip break. He also got hit twice without the tip, after which he smashed through the armor and then smashed Krieg into what remained of the fin which * previously destroyed.
Buggy not very powerful. Arlong is a shark fishman, the strongest breed there is. Arlong had an “indestructible” saw nose, kunai-sized teeth, the strength to flip entire houses upside down, and a jaw with enough strength to make an entire pillar crumble into pieces just by biting one area. Arlong bit * 4 times. First he bit * on the wrist when he tried to punch Arlong. Arlong also bit * on the elbow, engulfing it to the midpoint on both sides. If * pulled back even a little, he would lost his arm. * instead slammed Arlong’s head into the ground. Arlong bit him in the “nether region” right before * split 4-story Arlong Park in half. Most importantly though, Arlong bit * on the neck and * came away with little damage.
Luffy’s rubber body makes him invulnerable to blunt strikes, like Alvida’s mace (same size as Luffy and his knees didn’t even bend when she hit him on the head), punches and kicks, anything that doesn’t cut… A giant the size of a mountain grabbed Luffy and hurled him bodily into the ground and then stepped on him and he came away just dirty. In Whiskey Peak, Luffy fought Zoro and was capable of deflecting Zoro’s swords with his fists. Zoro is capable of cutting through solid stone. In Luffy’s battle with Crocodile, the master of sand, Luffy learns the only way to punch him is to be wet. Luffy was usually viewed a dumb simpleminded idiot. He disproved that. In his final battle with Crocodile, he punched Croc through 50-100 feet of solid bedrock while in midair. 10 tons of dynamite couldn’t do that. And it made Alubarna heave upwards, too.
Because of the Will of D., Luffy is overly powerful; capable of doing stuff he didn’t know he could do. All of the other characters with the D. are also very powerful, like Luffy’s grandfather, Monkey D. Garp, the most feared criminal in the world and Gol D. Roger, the previous pirate king. Roger and Luffy are similar because when both of them were about to be executed, they smiled, completely unafraid to die. Luffy was also capable of creating Gear 2 by just watching somebody using Soru (the speed of a ninja or more), which is what Gear 2 is based off. If Luffy can learn techniques just by seeing them, then he should be capable of learning jutsus, since Chakra is a universal life force like chi.
Gear 2 is when Luffy expands all his organs to create a faster flow of blood and nutrients which allows him to move faster then an eighth of a second, much faster then the blink of an eye. It unfortunately stops after the nutrients are used up. Gear 3 is when Luffy bites into the joint of his thumb and blows air into his bones. This increases the size of his body and the resistance of it because the bone his now strong enough the deflect bullets, not just bounce them back. This lowers Luffy’s speed but gives him unbelievable strength. His body would also be the size of a 20-story building if the air were all concentrated in a fist. After use, Luffy expels the air from his mouth in a massive blast. However, the side effect of Gear 3 is that Luffy turns into a tiny Chibi with very lacking abilities for an amount of time that depends on how long Gear 3 was used.
Luffy was also capable of dodging lightning bolts without Gear 2 and defeated Enel/Eneru, the Sky God with the power of the Rumble Rumble Fruit, a lightning Logia class fruit. Enel also had the power of mantra, which was basically mind reading.
Luffy is very simple minded and caring person that can be fascinated by the oddest things. This simple-mindedness can allow him to see how to get through a problem, though makes him susceptible to minor hypnosis, like Ms. Goldenweek’s Colors Traps and Movie 3’s villain’s violin which controlled horneaters; animals which devour other animals which have horns.
Luffy’s tendency to charge right into a battle usually throws the enemy off just enough so that Luffy could get the upper hand. Coupled with this is Luffy’s resistance to poison and fire. Luffy’s stamina also gives an enemy a hard time because he wouldn’t let off an attack, possibly firing 40 attacks per second. He climbed a 15,000 foot tall column wearing his vest and shorts while carrying Nami and Sanji in 14*F weather! Other stuff I don’t know about is out there… I just know what it is… ;P Duh.
