I used to live off Micky D’s and Burger King. Literally every day. What’s funny is I was much thinner back then and hardly ever worked out. Come to think of it, a Hamburger has the meat and protein food group (hamburger patty), vegetables (lettuce and pickles), fruits (Tomato), milk and dairy (Cheese, if it’s a cheeseburger), Bread and grains (Bun). There’s some food for thought. It’s the greasy french fries (chips) and coke that will kill ya.
