if everyone would stop saying “this music sucks” it’s seriously annoying,

but also I like (and some rock fans might like) how some rap songs are beginning to use guitar instrumentals for their beat and it sounds great songs like big things poping and party like a rock star, I think rock needs some aspects of rap thoughmore rhythm and lyrics(this doesn’t go for all bands but some rocks groups have songs where the yhave on or two verses then they repeat the chorus over and over)

Linkin Park often combines both Rock and Rap in their music, I think the genre is called nu metal, but I might be wrong because I don’t know much about music in general.

..seeing as t.i. is a rap artist as well as shop boyz and their songs are classfied as rap/hip-hop songs..I’d say they’re rap songs

I think more rappers need to be more original with beats..rockers need to be more clever with the lyrics

not really, but mainstream is what most people listen too, it’s what going to get the most popular (which is why it’s main stream) however if you could make the mainstream better the whole industry could benefit(getting the best from both sides)
