Galctus eats a world to restore energy Goku has more than enough energy to level countless worlds, sure SS could try and absorb Gokus power but if Galactus becomes full of 1-2 worlds then i dont think SS can absorb the full fruits of Goku at SSJ 3.
Its a simple case of what happened to Yakon total overload Goku wins.

Kyle Z Guest | Goku a warrior who trained in fighting since he was a kid and is so powerful he can obliterate worlds or in Android 13 movie can absorb the energy of all liveing things on earth aswell in SSJ, thus SSJ2 SSJ3 are much greater than SSJ for Energy output.
SS has a fragment of Galactus power Cosmic and Galactus can absorb a world of energy so SS is much weaker, Goku can store much MUCH more energy.

Im using Anime Goku dude, and SS cannot make black holes lol (but just incase) Goku Warp Kamehamehas Surfer.
Movies count if im useing Non-Cannon so Goku can easy wipe out the galaxy in SSJ 2 SS loses so very bad.
