Gamestop employee Rep: 15  Joined: 08 Apr 2007 Posts: 7,389 OFFLINE | In recent news, It is believable that if console developers spend more time than the average 4 years to make a console, wouldn’t it be better to take maybe 7 or 8 years to release?
I know the ps3 took maybe 6 years, but if the 360, for example, took maybe atleast 2 years more, it would have been better, in my opinion. Now your opinion may be different, due to the fact it would have been released after the other two.

Yeah I remember my N64 how there was no need for updates and all that stuff, now with my 360, theres always a fall and spring update.
and PS3 has firmware updates frequently. and the Wii.. I dont think there is updates yet (on the console).

bak then hardly any online support so they never updated lol. besides updates on 360 take about 5 secounds....PS3 about 5 minutes and Wii.....well i don’t know because mine doesn’t ahve online. I don’t even know how to get it hooked up online.
