Assuming that Spawn couldnt just come back from hell 50000 times, Silver Surfer would win. Or he could just consume spawns energy and you know, do the silver surfer thing.
Silver Surfer Wins, but face it, he would beat anyone, although if anyone can give me a hero/villian who can kill the surfer let me know.
