Could very well be, I was basing the name on the fact that he transforms into a stereo, like the original Soundwave.
Frenzy was one of the cassettes that he would eject from his chest.
The name certainly would match its characteristics in the movie and they also took a lot of liberties with the film so it is very possible that it was frenzy not Soundwave.

I only didn’t like how the made optimus so weak...he’s usually able to go toe to toe with megatron but he was getting kicked all over the city in that fight
...but it OD’d on action it was sooooo good....'specially when he takes out his arm saw thing

Scorponok usually stayed attached to Blackout, so it wouldn’t surprise me if he was destroyed with him. And in the comic book adaptation Barricade was destroyed by Prime... So... I dunno...

I was never good wit hthe names though...I only remember hotstreak (who wasn’t in this) starscream and the two leaders
