If I had only a month to live...
I would of course finalize a few things to see that my family was taken care of financially and I would review my will. Apart from that, I would treat every day as any other normal day. I wouldn’t make a fuss about it. We are all dying from the day we are born, it is part of life and it is inevitable. On the last day, I would spend the day with my family, perhaps record a final message for my children, say my final goodbyes and die. No point worrying about that which is inevitable. I don’t want it to be a big sad thing. Instead of mourning my death, people should use it as a opportunity to celebrate life.
After all, most of us don’t know when our final day will come, so we owe it to ourselves to make the most of each day because one day, there wont be a next. It will be done, your life over and I feel it is important, well it is for me at least, to have left a mark on the world, to have made a difference and to be remembered. By achieving this, I know my life was not in vain and the struggles and heartache I have been through were for something.
To die without making a difference is a life lost in futility.
A life that was not worth living. We should exist to make a difference not just live to exist.
If I can achieve this, then I can die with a smile on my face and wings on my heart.
No regrets.
No remorse.
No sadness. ---

honestly, if i were to be more serious about what i said, this is sort of what i would say, but this was... i don’t know the word, but i think it would be inspiring.

I would spend some time with those closest to me but wouldn’t tell them my secret because I hate to see people mourn people who die when really its that persons time. Its sad but people need to learn how to embrace death instead of trying to avoid it. Those who fear it will face it first. Anyways, I wouldn’t want my close ones to get worked up so I would just enjoy my time with them, have fun and act normal.
Then go on a drinking binge.
And on the last day, die really fucked up on some hard drugs or something.
Even if you leave your mark somewhere and someone really remembers you and will miss you when your gone, 100 years from now, no ones gona care about that person let alone you, thats not what gets me. The fact is that once you die, nothing you worked for, nothing you achieved, nothing you did that was incredible, matters anymore. Sure it may be remembered,and of course your life matters to them but it still doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things, and thats sort of in a weird way 'depressing'.
Its just the cycle of life. We live, we die, we’re forgotten.
The last month of my life will be the most unproductive, impaired and under the influence 20-ish days (after everything is taken care of) of my existance. ---

That’s how I am at the moment, never making a difference, just staying on the computer or doodling in boring lesson. On my final day I’d say official good byes to my family, my friends, and I’d go and lie down next to my favourite part near my house, a patch near the dyke, and lay until my last breath. ---
