I don’t work out enough, all the gyms here require membership, something which I don’t make enough cash for. I’m stuck with running on a crappy treadmill and dieting. ---

I believe your thinking of BFP, or Body Fat Percentage. BMI is your Weight compared to height or something. Anyways, i think my real BMI is around 24 because im stronger then the average person of my height. ---

NOW YOU CAN START OUT YOUR BASE!!
EVERY DAY, DO THAT MANY PUSH UPS AND SIT UPS IN 3 SETS!!!
LATER ON, START INCREASING THE AMOUNT OF PUSH UPS AND SIT UPS BY 2 OR 3 EVERY FEW DAYS!!!
ok... lol thats what i did for a month and im able to do 20 more push ups then i normally could. ---

I do push ups... and my budget it like... a dollar a week. You now how I paid for my Wii? I didn’t. It was a gift, you know how long I’ve worn the same pair of shoes? 3 years, my feet hurt. I get new shirts and pants once a year, and then it’s only 2-3 of each. You obviously don’t know what it’s like to be poor. ---
