I do push ups... and my budget it like... a dollar a week. You now how I paid for my Wii? I didn’t. It was a gift, you know how long I’ve worn the same pair of shoes? 3 years, my feet hurt. I get new shirts and pants once a year, and then it’s only 2-3 of each. You obviously don’t know what it’s like to be poor.

lol i do.
I got my wii because my grandpa gave me 300 dollars one year to support the family. otherwise, i workout with just one 15 pound dumb bell, but it’s also old and metal so sometimes i hit the side of my leg after too many reps...

REALITY: Sit ups can help, but you need to do and intense amount of them to help, which is what i do

I’ve worked in two places before, each one I had to quit within a week though. I have to work in a smoke free environment. Cigarette smoke can kill me if I’m in it too long, so that kills a lot of chances because most places aren’t smoke free.

Your local supermarket? They smoke in the back rooms, it travels through the vents, and eventually get out into the rest of the store.

Fast Food places? Try the kitchen, back there close to the meat locker.

I don’t know, but i can see a 6 pack forming (it’s really more of a 2 pack right now...)

i know that 15’s are helping my arms. I do 25 reps, then 20, then 15, then 10 then 5 for each arm, and if im feeling really up to it, ill try it from 30. I do the same for push ups and for sit ups, i do it from 50, 45, 40, 35, 30, 25, 20 and so on to 5.

either way, with how i work out, the next day is a shitty feeling in my stomach, arms, shoulders and chest.

aslong as you are out of your comfort zone and push hard then you will build some muscle-

Pushups

Wide stance (hands very far apart): Works chest
Medium stance (normal pushup): Works biceps
Short stance (6inches): works some biceps and triceps
Smallest stance (thumbs touching): Works triceps
