obviously it would be the falsh. but, you being a complete asshole would start calling people noobs and asume the role that your always right. get this through your head, your NOT always right, and being a complete asshole is not the way to act. so just shut up, stop calling everyone noobs, and value other peoples opinions.
Flash has the ability to move at any speed he wants to with the speed force. He is fast enough to create “speed clones” meaning he moves so quickly he can be fighting at about 8 different places all at the same time.

Just so you don’t think sound is Sonic’s limit,
Light Attack/Dash, Super Sonic, and Chaos Control allow Sonic to move as fast or far faster than light. Regular Sonic without using any special techniques or the Chaos Emeralds can only move at sound. So as I said before since this is just a foot race, Flash would win.

Just so you don’t think sound is Sonic’s limit,

Even if you give Sonic all those abilities the Flash would win. The Flash can utilize the Speed Force which allows him to move at any speed he wants to move at, basicly if somebody is going quickly he can choose to make himself move faster than them because of the speed force.
