Well, its the fact that the devs. try and make it so like the movie, but changing the plot just a little bit and putting boring puzzle/fighting elements. I stoped buying movie games. The last one I got was King Kong for 360 and its pretty good. Also, The devs. try to release the game right on time with the movie release, therefore limiting there time.
