Another thing: people either hated or loved the original because of the time limit, and the opposite for #2. So, you could make an easy mode (no limit) and a hard mode (limit). Just some ideas.

Myamoto (is that how you spell it?) announced that they were working on pikmin 3 for the wii,
and olimar IS in brawl.

For bulbmin, you could throw a certain number at a dead enemy, (depending on how strong they are) and it would follow you around. If the enemy dies, the bulbmin do too.
