1) restart it
2) make sure you tell your computer that your unplugging it before you do (if you didn’t). hit the unplug button first so you don’t screw it up like this...

If you can’t get it to work after a while and nobody can help you, destroy it and videotape it and put it on youtube. Great stress reliever and will grab people’s attention on the web.
