Things generally needed in an application for a job. Past experiences in said field of work and why you think you’d be good for the position. As for finding Bjarne... He’s a bit like Waldo, finding him is difficult. But you can always try his forum Profile.

1) no insurance that they will take the roll seriously
2) no insurance that they will stay
3) its harder to trust them
4) its more of a privilege for sr. members like myself.

no...in order to be cool here, you have to stay here for a while and not try to be cool. you just have to be relaxed and civil. keep in mind, being cool here isn’t much anywhere else...but, that rule applies everywhere.
