Genjutsu require the use of Chakra to break them.
Tsukoyomi is different then a normal Genjutsu anyway, Kakashi said that himself. In fact, the only known ways to counter it are, having a Sharingan Eye, which didn’t help Kakashi BTW. And creating a clone, which Kakashi utilized while fighting the Kakashi Clone. Itachi used the attack on Kakashi’s Shodow Clone, who didn’t have a mind to invade.

nice try but one piece get owned luffy would strtch and alll that and maybe that could work for a while but choji has the same power if you would remeber zolo i like how he uses three but kakashi would mop him up do i even have to say osopp sucks sanji would be a nice fight against lee but lee has eights on him that maks him slower if he took those off oh boy would that be ownage like one piece (the first episodes but naruto wins) besides ninja are supposed to be ready for anything

what about if sasuke uses his new eye techniques and calls ametarsu, fire that burns everything...including fire, or his jutsu that calls down lightning.....~?
Probably the ninetalls Itachi’s susanno or Madara’s powers. Other than that, I know no one else stands a chance against Oz. He’s too big too fast and too brute.
