When this generation started guys at Factor 5 were badmouthing Nintendo and the Wii for lack of power and whatnot. Thus they decided to make their games for PS3. About 3-4 months ago they turned the tables and all of a sudden complimented the Wii on it’s innovation and badmouthed 360. Now it’s gone so far that rumors are spreading, thx to Matt from IGN, that Factor 5 is making a game for the Wii. Go figure on that setup. Remember this is all rumor but hopefully we’ll hear about this at E3 2007 tomorrow.
Well after Star Wars: Rogue Squdron 3 came out they were dissappointed in sales and then soon Nintendo’s view into the 7th generation. So they broke the partnership and decided to devlop for PS3. Then the rest of what happened is explained in that first post.

Factor 5 already stated their disappointment in developers for the poor graphics and use of the Wii’s power. They said it themselves that they’d have a far better engine on their hands using the Wii than what they had on the Gamecube.
Still, if the rumor is true, I don’t really know if I would be overly excited. They don’t make the best games out there, just marginally fun ones.
Well possibly Factor 5 is trying to show that they aren’t going to eat their words. A little cockiness maybe going into that project.
Or even more possible is maybe Nintendo has some kidna bid in the Rogue Squadron series and possible Lucasarts wants to make a 4th one. Many things could be causing this but as always still a rumor. Why I put it in large capitals.
