Weapons do very little damage to the Hulk, if any at all. hulk can regenrate, besides the Screw Attack is very flaed. It’s slow and doesn’t have good range at all. And Hulk can regenerate. He also has far greater jumping abilities than Samus. One leap and he’d be miles away from Samus and the Screw Attack won’t help there.

But from a range, there’s just about nothing the Hulk could do to Samus if she’s using her screw attack.

Tell ya what, Samus will act scared then leave, then come back when the Hulk is calm and he is his old human self that isnt mad, then Samus shoots him in the back of the head then finishes him off with a screw attack...........
"Despite his body’s high resistance to injury, it is possible to hurt the Hulk. He has been injured numerous times by opponents wielding weapons composed of adamantium."
“It has been stated that the Hulk’s durability (resistance to physical injury), stamina and the efficiency of his healing powers all fluctuate with his emotional state, much like his physical strength”
So he isn’t completly impervious to damage. I don’t know about this defying godly power thing though.
