I think Sephiroth is heavily debatable...the GOW legend says only one with the power of a God (I.E. Pandora’s Box or the Blade of Olympus) can beat a God...the thing is, Seph pretty much has that power...

So he isn’t completly impervious to damage. I don’t know about this defying godly power thing though.
The angrier he is the more he can do.
and the current hulk is the smartest and angriest he’s ever been (he’s able to talk fluent english rather than “smash this” or “gr” 
when he and ironman collided it created a shock wave (similar to when superman and dommsday collided in the death of superman)
