Akasha (Queen of the Damned) can fly, can burn vampires into ashes, and she is not vulnerable to sunlight (like Blade).
Vampire Lord is tall, strong and has a great jump. his nails attack are freaking. anyway he can’t fly and he is vulnerable to sunlight.
I’m saying Queen of the Damned wins.
