experience 1080 p for yourself

most of us here would of seen 720 p, yes the quality is much better than sd, but do you really notice a dramatic difference? when i was in the shop today i was watching a bunch of videos that ran in 720 p on a huge 1080 p tv, then it started playing some video in 1080 p, and i seriously felt like i could go out and touch the stuff! 720 p is good, but 1080 p is awsome!

Meh.... i don’t see a huge difference.. movie-wise. game wise i can see a difference.

i think the lens arnt sharp enough or it is just playing in upscaled 720 p, cus the footage that was in 1080 p was a ps3 and im pretty sure it was cg becuase they like to make the console a little better looking, but dang you could see everything!

I still don’t see a huge difference, in fact, some shows and movies tend to look better as standard, at least from what i’ve seen on my Aunts HDTV.

ahh i see your problem, she doesnt have hd signal, hd tvs make normal picture look crap

Well she doesn’t, but my Grandparents do, and i still don’t see a huge difference.

My monitor is 1280 by 1024... a bit better then 720p
