Another Dimension: Thanks to his powerful cosmo Saga can twist time and space casually. He uses his cosmo to bend the space and time itself to a different dimension, trapping his opponents inside. This attack was first used by the shadow Gemini Saint, which was actually a manipulation he performed using the Gemini Cloth to create the illusion of a Saint guarding the Gemini Temple while meditating under the disguise of The Holy Father. Gemini Saga doesn’t need to be in front of his opponent to perform the technique he can use it from far away using his cosmo. The technique not only sends physical bodies to a different dimension but also intangible beings such as soul.
Galaxian Explosion: Saga’s most powerful attack, and one of the most destructive techniques in the entire Saint Seiya series. When used at maximum power, the power of this move is said to be as powerful as the explosion of a star system or a galaxy, which is seen in the background whenever Saga uses this technique. In Episode G it’s stated that Pollux had a gift made by the blacksmith god Hephaestus, the “Iron Fist” and the same fist exists between Saga’s hands. When it explodes the force equals to a force that can extinguish whole galaxies and the same technique can destroy souls whereas they have no physical body.
Genrômaôken: Also known as the Demon Emperor Fist, this move allows Saga to strike into the mind of his opponents, he can paralyze the opponents nervous system, leaving them open for an attack (this is the toned down version of the attack) the strongest one is when he ultimately proceeds and “brainwashes” the opponent into doing his bidding and even makes them go against their most precious assets, used with success against’t Leo Aiolia and Capricorn Shura (Episode G), and also used against Phoenix Ikki ,which was not completely successful (this was only in the manga). This move is noted by Saga as one of the reasons his powers justified his position as Grand Pope and Holy Father of Sanctuary (See Episode G). The effect of this technique can be undone only if the victim sees someone dies in front of his own eyes.
Light Speed Ken: Similar to Leo Aioria’s Lightning plasma, this attack is done by throwing millions of blows at the target at the speed of light, nearly nothing can withstand this style of attack. He used this against Ikki and Seiya which were overwhelmed by it, but then in the Asgard arc they both were glad since experiencing this attack enabled them to dodge the light speed attacks of Benetasch’s Mime which were also similar to Saga’s.
Sense Removing Attacks: Saga attacks his opponents using his speed of light and appears like a flash of light removing the opponents senses one after the other. He used this technique against Pegasus Seiya and Phoenix Ikki. The attack is similar to Shaka’s “Tenbu Horin” but Shaka’s technique is more effective since it can seal the enemy’s movements thus not allowing them to run, defend and attack.
Homing Cosmo Blast: This technique is considered one of the most useful techniques of Gemini Saga, Saga charges his cosmo and then release a cosmo blast similar to Shaka’s “Tenma Kôfuku” and it can follow the opponents wherever he is until it hits him. Even if the enemy was hiding his presence the attack will find him. This technique was used in the Hades arc where Saga launches one of this at Virgo’s temple and destroys its roof completely.
Shadow Gemini Saint: This Technique enables Saga to project an image of a faceless Gemini Guardian however the only attack he has is another dimension; As noted by Andromeda Shun and Cygnus Hyoga normal atttacks won’t harm him since it’s only an illusion, however it can be destroyed by attacking the creator Since Shun was able to hit Saga with the chain.Gemini Kanon also used this technique
Gemini Labyrinth: This allow Saga to create a labyrinth of light and darkness, oponents often becoming lost forever.

Even though Goku has more strength and firepower, Saga makes up for it with reflexes, speed and more complex and deadlier, attacks.
Saga’s Genroumuken is a beast of a attack, he destroys every senses his enemies posses ans if he destroys their spiritual awareness it will automatically destroy their brain. With this attack, he can also destory the nervous system of the enemy and/or physically control them you can’t get out of it unless you have the 7th sense or the athena exclamation.
Sga can block 100,000,000 blows per second and he can do 100,000,000 blows per second aswell.
Saga also have the 8th sense. He can also hit non-physical beings/objects as well. His Galaxian explosion can destroy souls and illusions as well.

Hence why a full on punch, kick, elbow, knee can break Saga bones and prolly lay him out unconsious or hurt him too that he can’t fight, same thing with the most powerful ki blasts, it can blast him away or blow him up easily.
As for,
Saga, he has more deadly techniques, he can destroy all of Goku’s senses and sent him into another dimension where he can’t comeback plus having all of his senses lost as well will make it worst. He can also hit Goku’s nervous system and make him do whatever he wants him to do like commiting suicide.
You see, they are even in their own ways. Galaxian Explosion is the only attack that has the fire-power but Goku has more.
Similar to a guy who better fighting techniques, better stamina, better speed, better reflexes, better eudurance, more fire-power than the other guy, HOWEVER they other guy is cheap, dirty, underhanded and don’t care about the rules. So they would be more even.

With power more than to lift mountain yes... even Cassios who is stronger than juggernaut couldnt hurt seiya at training... even seiya beat him in no time...
