Surely people must come to the realization that the times will only change through the actions of men, woman and child. If nothing is altered or if changes are not made to ones actions, then yes, things may very well stay the same. These loosers you speak of, perhaps they just need the extra support or direction to help them deal with life. We all can’t be naturally gifted and there are some people out there who have met with unfortunate circumstances that might render them incapable of functioning in society for reason or reasons yet unspecified.
