Bush. Nixon bugged a few phones, Bush sent thousands of soldiers into a war we didn’t need to fight, pissed off the middle east (Just like his daddy) and made it so that other countries stereotype us more and hate us more. Not to mention all the STUPID things he’s said in the past...

Eisenhower tried helping the french get their colonies there, and after they didnt, kennedy tried setting up free elections, and then supported a fascist there. Nixon basically said fuck all you, and by the end of his office, troops were getting pulled out.
