And what exactly am I supposed to except it for? So they can brainwash you through the media? All it is is pushing mainstream ideas into the youth.

If you accept that it’s supposed to be catchy, meaningless music, then some of it’s cool.

The Misfits, The Ramones, The Adicts, etc. are examples of REAL punk bands. All of this other bullshit is just pop that wants to think they are punk.

to be honest, i like most of the bands mentioned. it takes a lot for me to hate a band. in fact, not many come to mind. i just love music to much. i would say mcr, but they have a couple good songs (mainly teenagers. that song is bomb). i would say korn, but its the same with them. i used to hate both these bands, but all bands have SOMETHING good about them. or, at least, most seem to. so, no, i can’t really say as i hate any band. except for maybe some screamo. but, i don’t know screamo bands, sooooo....
