Sorry about that.
Low budget in meaning the members have to type in the bbc codes instead of buttons. I think the colors are a little to bright, maybe a regualr color blue instead of light purple would be more attractive.
It’s not bad, but it can be upgraded or changed a bit  ---

I’d say change the light purple to red with white text, would be different and the “Report” button could be moved to the other side.
Other than that , I don’t think MVC needs much changing. ---
