Where are they gonna get plasma grenades? Their fellow Covenant? Bahaha.
hasnt the grunts/hunters/elites just joined the humans.
they can obtain a huge supply of them now

The Spartans aren’t fast enough to dodge the plasma beam, so once samus starts shooting, they’ll all die quickly and painlessly (maybe).
I remember the Plasma beam had some pretty limited range in Metroid prime 1. That would be a joke against 375 spartans with mid - range weapons.

I’m talkin' 'bout Metroid Fusion, it has armor piercing, insane speed, and infinite range.

Grunts, hunters, and elites aren’t spartans.
no duh
but the fact there on the same side the grunts/hunters/elites can supply the spartans with plasma weapons

We still got the plasma beam from Metroid II, III and IV.
Aside from the 10 hunters in the Metroid Universe so far there are many more hunters, the GF has many of them going out on missions to assist in the war against the space priates. The Earth defense forces have a huge army but with Spartans it could be an even match.
Both the hunters and spartans have fully equipped battle suits with life support systems in any environment.
1 major advantage the hunters have is that they can carry many weapons at once while the spartans are limited to 3 firearms at max. The Spartans have many shields though and access to vechile support. The Hunters have visors that can seek out data, thermal and x-ray cloaking, seek sound patterns, and call in air support.
In terms of all the weapons the hunters have I would say they have an advantage, Samus’s all around support, Spire’s power, Trace’s sinping, Weavel’s support powers, Rundis’s ice powers, these guys make a good team.
I never saw any hunters with power bombs though. I guess if the spartans were all huddled together it would kill most of them.
Samus.
Yeah but we already had a samus vs MC topic, and boy did that get ugly.
Samus is still a hunter. And the MC fanboys made it ugly.
Both sides had their fanboys.
Yeah, but the stupidity of MC fanboys made it ugly cus they didn’t realize that MC had a snowball’s chance in hell against Samus.
Fanboy comment right there
It’s truth.
Making your comment a fanboy comment.
I calculated that MC has the equivalent of between 20-25 Metroid energy units.
Samus has 100 per tank. Samus has up to 24 tanks.
Most of Samus' weapons would kill MC in 1-2 shots.
MC couldn’t kill Samus with a direct hit from every rocket he can carry(10).

If we go by realism which is from the prime series then that would be better, the plasma beam could only shoot 5 meters from a regular shot so it was limited to mid range, but it got 10 meters from a charge shot. If it hit a spartan it would be their worst nightmare due to the burning effect taking down their sheilds.

Yeah. I guess if she got a spartan once uncharged it would take down their shield and twice would dessentigrate them entirely. But she wouldn’t be able to get that close.

Samus would be able to get close easy.
And don’t forget she also has the longer range Zebes version.

still the spartans could out manouver the hunters and use tanks and so on
The hunters can use their ships.
Then in that case, the spartans can use their longsworths and pelicans. 375 pelicans and/or longsworths aganst 10 smaller ships is in the spartans favor.
