this topic is a conundrum, because it claims to be spam, therefore locking is in order. however, it is also a valid complaint, and recommending a topic to be locked breaks no rules, so locking it would be unjust.
so you can lock it, and lock an innocent post, or you can leave it, but at the same time, let spam go unharmed.
