UBER 1337 Poster Rep: 3 Joined: 27 Sep 2006 Posts: 2,055 OFFLINE | I just, watched the ending of Death Note, for the 3rd time. Pretty awesome, but short way to end the series. Especially the main protagonist(can’t really tell lol) dying. I say, Death Note Shinigamis, cuz they have such a unique look. I mean take a look at Ryuk. ---

i still think that bleach shinigami are better, because death note shinigami cant kill eachother with the death note, they can only kill humans. bleach shinigami can kill humans, hollows and other shinigami. so there!! ---

yeah, i was talking with my friend and he pointed that out. death note shinigami are really really effective against people. but, against other shinigami, they are sadly lacking in power.

MvC's Vampiric Sovereign Rep: 57Joined: 27 Jun 2007 Posts: 16,398 OFFLINE | ya, the bleach ones sorta do have a life span though. if youd notice, they do age a bit, but im pretty sure they dont die of age, just of hollow battles. if you would notice it does show aging in toshiro, rukia, tosen, komamura, and a few others through flash backs. but ya, the only way death note shinigami can expand their life span is by killing people whos time has yet to come, the difference is added to their own life span. but ya since its uncool to write names in your death note, they would die

they age, but i’m pretty sure they don’t die from it. i think they went over that at some point. but, i could be wrong.

if they did talk about that, im sure that its later on, im only at episode 53 next since im watching the english dub anime on AS, but i wont get to 53 til june, since thats what the rumor is for when bleach comes back to AS. i would watch it in japanese on a site, but my eye sight is poor, so its realy hard for me to a)see it on the small screen; b)Consentrate on both the text and the picture at the same time
