Yeah Zakk Wylde is pretty awesome. I absolutely LOVE pinch harmonics though I rarely hear them.
They are fun to play. Dimebag used em a lot. The squealing in death meal songs is usuallt thet combine with some whammy.

I’m not good enough to play the pinch harmonics yet... but once I get good and start to write my own music I will be sure to use those. I hear so many songs that would sound so much better with the pinch harmonics thrown in a little bit.

Just make sure to play around with where you put them, since you can get different sounds by playing them at different places on the string.

Yeah my teacher showed me that. I call them the “hot spots”
I can see how it would be quite difficult to play them and remember the hot spots perfectly when your shredding through a song. Especially if you are playing in front of an audience.

Lol I used to know how to read the tabs perfectly, I forgot a lot of it because I haven’t used them in a while, but the ones on the computer just confuse me. Yeah I need to learn those tabs alot more.
