You’re very close.
It’s from a comic book called Johnny The Homicidal Maniac.
It’s made by the same person who created Invader Zim.

It doesn’t look as good on here...a little grainy.
Really, I just liked the way the sun plays through my hair and makes the under-water effect on my hands. Meh, thought it was neat...

And no I didn’t trace them.

I’m not saying theres anything wrong with manga style..
But if you only draw manga style, you’ll only learn to draw manga, and believe me, there are so many people who can draw manga at a fair level that your never going to be the next Hokusai. (wiki search him)
On the other hand, if you learn about things like figure drawing, still life, perspectives, proportion, shading, watercolour, etc. You can eventually find your own style and become a very talented artist.
I hate Francis Bacon’s art, but I went to the francis bacon gallery anyway, I tried the style a little bit, the sketches I did were crap (just like his) but from doing this and varying the techniques slightly, I found out that I’m very good at painting with acrylics and broken sticks.
just because you like one particular style, dont just practice that, you have to try other styles to improve your own.
