I took it in the Canadian Rockies, most of the next day I was actually on top of those mountains, above the tree line (see below). I went for a three day hike, and as you can see I had fantastic weather so I got a lot of beautiful pictures.
So I can’t take full credit for this...I can barely take partial credit. My friend took the photograph with my camera, using a delay....you can see the profile overlap?
I just manipulated it a bit(colour/saturation) so there was a better contrast between the stationary pose and the movement afterwards.
(My camera is still very new to me...I’m still working on learning all the functions)
multi exposure is when you take two pictures or more in one photograph, and they sort of merge
or you can edit it with layers and transparency settings in photoshop/other editing program.
your hair is very cool by the way
Haha, thanks. Got it done when I was in Africa...long gone by now of course...loved it though...
Ya, I understand the multi exposure part, but what I’m not sure about it how it was done on my camera. I think she had me sit still, and then move (or other way around), the shutter didn’t click until some time after she took the picture(as I seem to remember).
I played around with it, but I’ve been busy lately had haven’t really picked it up. Though I need to for some school projects soon.
I’d really like to find a one or two-day class on manual focus digital photography so I can’t start to experiment and create in earnest.
