The name thing could easily be prebectable by making the name wrap..
That way if the name was too long, it would judt cut in half and go to the next line.
As for keeping the sidebar, It actually helps me alot.
The mouse I’m using is actually supposed to be used for a computer I got from Pixar, so it doesn’t have the scrolling thing, which makes the drop down menu difficult..
I’d go with smaller. Its nice to have, even though I really don’t use it that much.
But, from the looks of it, since it forms with the text it seems the size is fitting with the forum name “File Types/Extensions (1439)". Its the longest name up there.
Bjarne, I think its safe to say you can remove those numbers, that’s just the amount of threads created right? Do we really need that? That would make it easier to size down.

IMHO, it’s a pain in the butt to read topics with that sidebar in the way..I think it’s unneccassary, because all you have to do is scroll your mouse over the top left link and it all pops up right there.
