Sonic isn’t faster that Haku’s ice mirror move whatever thing! He was so fast, he appeared in many places at once! And Sasuke’s sharingan could still track him.

Chaos Control can freeze time or warp things. If Sonic has a fake or real Chaos Emerald, then he could freeze time and kill Itachi and his Sharingan wouldn’t be able to do a damn thing about it. In the words of Shadow, Chaos Control is control over time and space. Itachi don’t got jack on that.
