In an allout fight it’s hard to say as we havent really seen what Seph is truely capable off, but going of what we know in a fight to the death battle Sephiroth beat’s Cloud Vice beat’s Vincent (but not if were useing Chaos) Genesis beat’s Angeal Sephiroth beat’s Genesis and Vice or Vincent beat Sephiroth.
