Prime 1 had excellent elemental weaponry and a nice arsenal of weaponry. Super Missiles and the wavebuster would give this Samus a definite edge over the others. Samus at this point also had the gravity suit, allowing her to traverse dangerous depths and also immune to lava, I think. Plenty of armor. Also, the rapid fire missile glitch is able to be used so she is able to fire missiles faster Visors are plentiful and useful in this one, I would say this Samus would have the advantage visor-wise.
Prime 3 Samus didn’t have much in the way of armor upgrades, only the PED suit which is just an add-on to her Varia suit and the Hazard suit which only added protection from extreme (and I mean extreme) weather conditions. The arsenal is decent with the plasma beam and the nova beam, but nothing really spectacular since the hyper mode is removed. The grapple beam would give this Samus a different edge over the others in the way that she could drain shields or rip off things. The X-ray visor would make this Samus a contender for visor-superiority over the others because it acts as an x-ray and almost as a thermal.
I voted for Prime 2. Why? Samus was able to get the very best of the Luminoth technology. With the light suit she has the best armor the Luminoth could create. The dark and light beams harnessing the best of the combined dimensions. The beam combos in this game are amazing, super missile (again), the darkburst, starburst (lol candy), and the sonic boom I would say would give this Samus beam superiority. In the way of visors, Samus has the dark and echo visors. The dark visor doesn’t help much because it reveals interdimensional objects and cloaked enemies. The echo visor, on the other hand allows Samus to detect things in the way of every level of sound, in a way “seeing” the sounds they make and where they come from, be it footsteps or beams firing.

and in my opinion I think prime 1 samus is the best looking one. the prime two samus looks like they didn’t have enough time to finish her and prime three samus looks to cartoonish I mean just look
i couldn’t find a picture of samus aran from MP3C

Well the Light Suit was grand but, her Missile Combos are so freakin' slow, there’s no chance of them hitting. And I don’t think it’s Starburst, I’m pretty sure it’s “Sunburst."
