He also gets nearly killed by a few plasma pistol shots. A sense a problem with the canonity.

it takes about 3 seconds for a bullet to run over a roughly 20-24 feet side scroller distance. that means the “oh so deadly plasma bullets” move 8 feet in one second, now a regular bullet moves 100 times that amount... so tell me hows that supose to Hit MC in the first place?

I beleive you are sorely mistaken. While I have not doubt megaman can survive a missile to the face; his stamina is limited. If you look in the Halo novel; Fall of Reach, it is noted that in his latest armor MC takes two direct hits from a tank, and recharges within minutes.
MC could take him out before running out of ammo.
And how does megaman get those? He needs those cards. Also, MC gets powerups from H3 if those are canon. That means EMP, Invincibility, and bubble sheild.
Domination: 1/3 complete.
Also in the same book, one of the Spartans has his arm blown off by a single Hunter shot.
Yet in the game he can survive it. Major MAJOR inconsistencies.
