It can never be judged on skill, since there is no way to discern exactly what technique someone used unless it is openly obvious.
Sigs competitions are about looking good and with skill and creativity, this is the outcomE. Signatures are a visual thing, so their appearence is the main factor.

And BTW, firewolf, I’ve seen you make a LOT better of a sig than that entry.

I know, I know. I kinda sucks ass. It was a experiment sig and one thats just not very good I’m afraid. But hey, theres always SOTW 2.
